This licenses a person as a specialist in enhancing the appearance of fingernails and toenails.Overview
Permit allows an individual to provide the services of cutting, shaping and enhancing the appearance of the nails of the hands and feet. Permit also includes the application and removal of artificial nails.
Requirements
1. Must be at least 17 years of age; Always Required2. Proof of Training/Experience based on education, experience; endorsement or previous NYS licensure.
3. Health Certification Showing Freedom from any Infectious or Communicable Disease; Always Required
